Watching Survivor

-:10 Alrighty - I’m here! San’s working headphones for whatever reason, but I’m here! Survivor in 10, recapping goodness to be had, you KNOW you can’t wait! Who will get the boot tonight? With the Snake, or the Snake’s Sugar? Someone else? Or will Fang manage to actually pull off a win?

HAHAHHAHAHA.

Ahem. I mean, stick around and find out!

:00 Previously, on Survivor…

:02 Fang, night 15, after the Tribal Council. They get a fire started, to applause, and they say there’s positive energy now, all positive. Ace tells us it was sad, but not unexpected, GC had to go. He has Sugar in his pocket, and needs to arrange something to keep himself safe until merge - he just doesn’t know who is his potential benedict arnold. The next morning, they’re talking, and Matty says that his girlfriend is his driving force out there, and he makes a ring or something to remind her. He feels like he’s in a bad position, and looking for something to keep him farhter in the game.

He wanders off and talks to Ace, to see what he’s thinking. They agree they want to make it as far as possible, and it depends on how close everyone is. They agree they want to keep Kenny, Ace wants to keep Sugar, and two the merge, they agree not to stab each other in the back. Matty says it on his girl, Ace says on his mother’s life, and says his mother’s his best friend. Matty tells us that they’r the top competitors, and that he can’t break the promise for a million dollars, not even if it were five million.

:09 Kota is eating well, and Bob discovers that Dan is eating twice as much as everyone else. Corinne says that it doesn’t matter how much you weigh, you get the same food. But Dan wants more, and they’re going through their food at an alarming rate!

Back at Fang, they want rice, and are trying to figure out how much they have left, and how to divy it up. Kenny tells us if they don’t have rice, they’re dead, and their at rock bottom right now.

Sugar and Ace talk in the hut, and he tells her that everyone knows she has the idol, that they went through her bag. He told her not to leave it there - so she offers it to him. He says he doesn’t know, it’s up to her. He’s not asking for it, but it’s up to you -she says if she isn’t going to play it, might as well give it to Ace.

She tells us she gave it to him because they had found it, and she’s putting faith in Ace - he’s a snake, but her snake. Ace tells us he’s in an excellent position now, he’s got people, (Oh! Elephants in the background! He pauses and declares it beautiful.

:12 Challenge time!

Today, they’ll carry a 200 pound snake, racing around the course, starting on opposite sides. YOu can opt out, but then the others have to take up that weight. First to catch up with the other tribe and touch them, wins. Reward? Coffee, Tea, food. Corinne sits out for Kota, and they get started… Survivor’s ready? GO!

The tribe that wants it the most will win - they’re off and running, and Fang has an early lead off the start, while Kota is nice and steady… but Susie is not quite as fast as the others. Kelly is barely moving, which leads Kota to gain on them, one lap in… Everyone is still in it for now. Fang is fading fast, and Keny is go, Sugar goes, and that helps as Fang starts to sprint… moving very quickly, and Crystal tells Kelly to go, get out now! And she pushes them - three memebers are carrying the 200 pound snake.

Susie drops out for Kota, and they speed up. Crystal is starting to drag, as Matty pushes them, come on come on - tells Crystal to drop out if she can’t do it - it’s all Matty and Ace! Kota with 5 strong uys, as matty and Ace struggle, trying… Matty is encouraging, dragging Ace on, but Kota catches up - and KOTA WINS REWARD!

And Jeff lets them eat it right in front of the losing tribe. Jeff asks what hurts more? Losing or seeing the food and not being able to get it - and she cries and says losing over and over. Fang sends Sugar to Exile island once again.

Randy tells us he loves watching them lose. Crystal says that he disrespected her, and he’s a troll, a troll. Even at a merge, new Fang and old Fang won’t get along.

:19 Commercial!

:21 Marcus says that today’s challenge shows that they’re a unified team, and they talk about how to split up their reward, wanting to split it up and let people eat whatever they want of their own share, etc. They decide it can be gravy or substitute for a meal. Randy says Dan annoys everyone, even him a little bit. Randy says it’s a reward, no ration.

On exile, Sugar is there agian, and says it’s lame, why? She’s in tears because she gets to eat and everyone back at camp is starving, and she feels bad and guilty.

Back at Fang - they’re pretty down, they’re trying to get everything done today, so they can rest before the next challenge. Kelly says she’s withering away, and Crystal’s reaction was huge, and Ace says that she’s going the same way as GC. They’r really put off about her breaking down in tears. Crystals cry isn’t emotional, but because she’s broken down. Crystal tells us that she’s no GC - and she snapped out, and now Kelly is gonna feel the wrath of Crystal, because she snapped at her. She says they’ve had bad days, she has too, don’t mistake her tears as a sign of weakness, because at some point, they all get depressed, her’s came out her eyes, but she’s not weak. She’s not. She’s fine now.

Kelly tells us that she didn’t think it was weakness, but she cried in front of the other tribe, and she can’t explain that away.

:30 We’re back, and at Kota, Randy discovers a giant turtle in the fishing line, and calls Marcus over, and he says it was like winning a reward, but they did it all by themselves and Susie is excited - It’s like having gumbo in the jungle, it’s delicious! They cook it and chow down, just in time for the

Immunity Challenge!

:31 Today’s challenge, each tribe will divided into 3 pairs, tied together by a rope - they crawl under the cargo net, race through the the jungle for flagpole pieces - first to find them, get it together, wins immunity.

Survivor’s ready? GO! Bob and Randy, and Kelly and Sugar for Fang as they race under the net, and take the lead, as Randy drags behind Bob. Fang is looking strong, as they untie their ropes - it’s bob against sugar, bob and randy get theirs and are just a step ahead of Sugar and Kelly - back under the net, and the girls are slowing down! Girls, what are you doing?! Bob and Randy have the lead for Kota, to the mat and their next pair gets off as Charlie and Corinne take the lead, and Ace and Crystal head out for Fang…

Charlie and Corinne are undying their poles, while Crystal and Ace catch upl, and try to untie - Corinne has theirs untied first and they’re back on the course - Ace gets it undone, and Crystal grabs it, and they’re back on the course as well! Kota has the lead, Charlie and Corinne are ahead, but Ace and Crystal have made a lot of time up - but is it enough?

Dan and Macus are on the course - Matty throws himself into the course next to Kenny as they try to catch up - they’re neck and neck - they’re gonna pass Kota by climbing over the obstcle instead of going through ti! Fang now in the lead! Kenny and MAtty are UNBELIVEABLE in this leg! Kenny has the pieces down - Dan has them, they’re on the course! Now everyone is over top the challenge, Fang trough first, Kota right behind, it’s a race to the end but Fang still has the lead…

Its the cargo crawl and it’s neck and neck, Matty and Kenny are racing for the matt to work on the poll, Get back kenny - They start undying the pieces so they can get it together -Ace won’t take help, and now Fang is falling behind! Ace tries to muscle it in - all the pieces will lock, no need to force it, Kota working together, while Ace struggles, without accepting help, and KOTA WINS IMMUNITY!

Kota continues to dominate, and Jeff tells Fang, Tribal Council all yours, someone is going home. Crystal says a lot of people see Ace as strong, but he’s been there for several challenges and they STILL haven’t won anything….

:43 Back at Fang, Ace says that there are a couple people that disappointed. He thinks Kelly pettered out, and she’s going home tonight. Matty tells them, that if they merge at 9, and he wants to flush the idol. Ace says to trust him, he doesn’t have to worry about it. He doesn’t want to tell him, he’s got it, but tells him not to worry. Ace says it makes sense to get rid of Kelly.

Crystal talks to Matty about blindsiding Sugar tonight, and he says it won’t work, he was talking to Ace. Crystal wants to know why - and they say they want Kelly. Crystal wants Gone. He says it again that they ahven’t won yet with Ace there. She’s leery of Ace and Sugar, and they need to watch that. Crystal talks to Kenny, and they know that Ace Matty and Sugar are writing down Kelly, and they know they don’t trust ace. Ken says that Crystal is on to something, so he goes to talk to Matty, and all Matty will say that Kelly goes, he made a promise he can’t break. Kenny says that you can’t trust people - he has too many alliances.

So Kenny pulls Sugar aside, and talks to her one on one. He worries that people who are honest go, and people like.. - she says people like ace - and he agrees, then she says “Should I get the idol back from Ace?” Kenny is shocked that she gave it to him, and she says she knows Ace is a snake.

Ace and Sugar meet up, and Ace tells her that she doesn’t need it. Ace is uneasy, and wonders if SUgar thinks she’s used him as much as she can, and that would be the worst thing possible.

:48 Tribal Council

Matty says the mood of the tribe is that they’re cursed, soemthing in the water, the rice. Kelly says they just can’t come together as a team and Jeff agrees. At the challenge there was a group of people working as individuals, and Crystal agrees, that Ace wanted to get it on his own. Ace says that no, they didn’t come together as a group. Crystal says it’d be fair to vote for Ace because she knew, and he didn’t, but she didn’t do it.

Jeff asks Crystal about her tears, and she says yeah, it’s made an impact, some people think she’s week, and Kelly says that maybe she’s not stable, and Crystal, says that if she doesn’t understand what she’s doing, she won’t last too long, it’s not weakness - Jeff poitns out she didn’t say weak, she said unstable - Crystal says “she ain’t cryin over no dangone danishes!” And Kelly says it didn’t mean anything - Ace talked about it too, and Ace says whooooooo. he said he understood because it was frustrating. Jeff points out that Kely was rolling her eyes, and Kelly says Ace double talks, and Ace says that she’s too stupid to understand, she says he always has to have to last word.

Matty - says that there’s no logic in the tribe, jeff points out there’s no consensus, it could be anyone. And it’s time to vote.

:52 No one plays the idol… the votes: Kelli, Crystal, Kelly, Kelly, Kelly. Thats 4, that’s enough.. Ace smirks, Sugar smiles, Kelly leaves without a word after her torch is snuffed.

Jeff says tonight it was the first TC that he saw true passion, maybe that’s what has been missing. Grab your torches, back to camp!
