:00 Previously on Survivor!

:03 It’s right after the last tribal council and Erik is feeling like he’s the next to go, and Ozzy feeling like he’s not the leader, but has know how, and feels people should respect that, but is in a situation that he wants to avoid - having a target on his back.

:04 Credits and commercial!

:07 Oooh, spooky music! Ami and Cirie are in the woods, and there’s crabs scuttling around. They stop and listen, then Ami says “Keep going” and they find a “big ass one” and catch and kill a big ole crab. “This’ll give a girl a heart attack!”

:08 Ciree and Ami were the crab warriors, and brought back 8 crabs and are happy. Ozzy talks to Ami and says that the Tribal Council worried him, and she’s telling him that Tracy was just trying to do everything she could to stay on and get him off. She says she stopped it from happening so not to worry about it.

Ozzy says that she said she wasn’t going to do it and Ami was on his side, and tells us that she’s a little too adament about it and he’s starting to get an uneasy feeling.

:10 At Arai, the girls are talking about dreaming about food, and how they don’t want another bite of coconut. They see a rat digging, and one of the girls says I wish we could eat it - so Jason to the rescue, he chases the rat toward the water, and catches one and kills it. The girls are squeeling “OMG OMG OMG OMG” They’re all thrilled that he caught a rat, and Jason laughs and says get the shishkabob. He tells us that there’s not a lot of meat on him, he’ll feel bad, but he’s gonna eat it anyway. No one’s eaten a rat since the first survivor, so he’s glad that he’ll bring that back.

Parvati says he’s trying to impress the favorites but it’s not working, he’s a loser. Cut to James and Parvati and then telling us it’s just rock, you can leave on Malakal island, but over here, that’s where they bring the criminals! James says the original alliance is split since it’s just Parvati and James, he’s at his wits end.

They just hope to make it to the merge, and Parvati knows that they need a solid four to go into a merge, so will have to pull in two more people. She approaches Natalie first, and describes what she’d like to see happen. She wants it to be her and Alexis, James and Parvati. They agree that they’re fine with James until the merge, then everyone will be wanting to get out Ozzy and James, so they can slide farther along. She’s pushing for a female final four - Parvati, Amanda, Natalie and Alexis.

She tells us everyone else is dead to her.

:14 Commercial.

:17 We’re back on Airai, and they’re getting Tree Mail - it says to choose one player to sit out the next challenge, and send them to exile island, and they will get Immunity for this tribal council only. (Well! There goes my extra points for the pool!). They figure this IC has the winner feasting, and the losers on tribal council. They’re going to try and sit out the other teams best balancer. As Erik hopes he can just survive this Tribal Council tonight.

:19 Immunity Challenge Time!

Ozzy is sitting out for Malakal - and Alexis is sitting out for Airai. (And there goes my OTHER extra points for the pool! hahah!) They take off and go to the boat and off to Exile Island!

:21 Immunity is up for grabs - on Jeffs go, navigate an obstacle course while the other team tries to knock them off with swinging bags. Fall off, make way back to the start, next person goes. First to get 5 flags wins. Winning tribe gets immunity, and pizza and beer delivered to camp. Airia has to sit out one member - Parvati sits out, and it’s time to get started.

Eliza and Jason will be running as Natalie and James swing - Eric and Amanda running, Cirie and Ami will be swinging for the other team. Survivors ready, GO! Erick leaps across, crawls across the barrel - he and Jason are both across, as James hits Erik on the head, not enough - he almost falls but doesn’t, and both have one point. Eliza and Amanda both fall - the boys hit the course again!

Erik LEAPS across the stepping stones, and eluding the bags, Jason has a slight lead with the second Airai flag, and Erik is right behind him as Eliza hits the course, with Amanda right behind her, taking a spill on the stepping stones. Eliza falls off, Amanda takes a hit and survives as Jason catches up behind her, we’re still tied 2-2, Jason takes the lead for a moment and we’re tied 3-3!

Erik leaps AGAIN across the stepping stones, hitting the platform and running the rest of the course…and my router goes out AGAIN! I’m back, and in the meantime, Airai won Immunity! Erik at one point didn’t make the leap and slammed HARD into his chest.

:31 At Malakal, they’re checking on Erik because he hit his chest so hard - he tells us it was had, especially without Ozzy, he tried his damndest, but it wasn’t going to happen. Ami says that she thinks Erik is a genuine person and would like to see him stay, but doesn’t see any way out for him at this point.

Back at Airai they are celebrating, and that it was made for Jason, he brought back 4 of the 5 flags, but he is still worried about his position, and is glad that he has the HII (the fake one) and knows he has to compete 150% at all times. Parvati is proud of both Jason and Eliza and they saved each other - and no rat for dinner tonight!

They get their pizza and beer delivered and there are a lot of cheers going on! Eliza says they’re in heaven- four pizzas, a bucket of beer and ice as James pops the top on his beer with his teeth, and Jason trys but cant. James opens it for him.

:33 At Exile, Ozzy is blowing smoke at Alexis, saying that he had searched for hours, and he tells us that he has the immunity idol, but wants to see if someone else has found his fake one, so off they go searching. He picks up the rock - and he laughs with us “Someone has taken the bait!” He says he doesn’t know who has it, but it’s not there and who’s gonna be tricked by Ozzy?

:35 Amanda and Cirie are talking about losing, and wondering when they’re gonna win. They say they feel bad for Erik, but he’s different in challenges then he is at camp. Erik says he wants to stay in the game very badly - it’s killing him that he’s this close to maybe making it to the next level and he feels like he’s on his last leg, and he’s pretty desparate right now.

He approaches Cirie and Amanda and asks them how much they trust Ami, and totally outs her playing both sides, and how she came to the fans to help them along. He tells them everything, and he says he doesn’t want to hurt her, but it’s about the game, and he wants them to know that if they decide Ami, that he’s into that.

Cirie tells us that she doesn’t know who to trust - Erik will do anything to say, and Ami who’s proven that she can’t be trusted. Ami walks along behind them, and Erik says that is all he has, and leaves them to think. Cirie says she doesn’t trust either of them, but who does she trust the least?

:42 At Malakal, Ami talks to the girls and says she knew it was coming, and that she’d do the same to save her butt too if she had too. She says that she’s stuck by them 100% and always will, they don’t have to question her at all. Cirie says it will be risky either way, whoever he votes. Cirie thinks they might have an alliance with the other tribe too.

Ami points out that they were the last person talked too for an alliance, and that since they they’ve never come together and told her they want her as a part of this. She says she wants to stick with them the whole way, but no one has said that. So Amanda says “Well we want too!” And she says they don’t know Erik like they do Ami and it’s like the devil they know vs. the devil they don’t. They know they can’t trust Ami.

Ami goes to Erik to say thank you because she had a group talk with the girls and feels closer and Thank You, and Erik is like oooook, no problem. He tells us things are looking pretty bad, he doesn’t want to give up or admit defeat, and he wants to talk to Ozzy and see how he feels with his Alliance and possibly taking him with him.

Ozzy returns, and he says he and Amanda tried their best, but they lost. He says he wants to talk to him one on one, and makes the plea again - how much do you trust Ami? I know its’ a long shot, but have to tell you. He tells him the same things he tried with Cirie and Amanda.

Ozzy tells us he looked like a lost puppy dog. Erik says he’s completely honest and confirms that Ami was trying to get rid of Ozzy last week. And Ozzy says that his game play is that when someone goes against him, he’ll do everything he can to get rid of that person. Ozzy goes to Amanda, and she still thinks that Ami is who they should keep. Ozzy tells her that Ami was trying to get him out, and was a lying little snot. Ozzy thinks they can trust Erik more, Amanda says that at least they know how Ami plays.

:47 Tribal Council!

Jeff starts off with Four. Times. in a Row. Cirie, you’re clearly in the weaker tribe, she says it sucks. He tells Erik that he’s in a bad position, and Erik agrees that the Fans are going one after the other, it feels hopeless. Ozzy says that yeah it is still Fans vs. Favorites in a way, and says the game is in the way, and then the Faves that feel they’re at the bottom of the pecking order start playing the Fans and he’s realizing that things are not what they seem. Ami is tearing up, and she says she knows that Ozzy is talking about her, that Erik has been working against her all day. And She says now that I feel like part of the tribe you don’t trust me. Ozzy asks how they haven’t made her feel welcome and didn’t include her. Ozzy says were you gunning for me with Tracy or Erik or not. Ami says no, she was giving them hope and keeping peace at camp, the only reason she’d vote against him is to win the money.

Jeff goes to Cirie and asks how she decides which way to go. She says all favorites have a mutual respect, it’s like the home team, but you just have to go with your gut, what you believe, vs. what you don’t. Amanda says she thinks Ami is a good person, and they’ve gotten close, she wants to believe what she’s saying. Ozzy’s take is that he wants to really trust Ami and feels he has for the whole game. Ami cries and says it kills her that he doesn’t trust her.

Erik says he has no other option other then to tell the truth in hopes that they’d see that and see that Ami is a threat. That’s all he has to give is that. Ami says she is going to set aside all she’s done in the past, her heart is in it, they have so much more to conquer together, She’s looked them in the eyes and knows they know they can trust her. She has everything invested in this, she even wants to keep Eliza in, she swears in tears to give them everything she has.

:52 Time to Vote. Ozzy has immunity for tonight only. No one plays a HII of course.

The votes: Ami, Erik, Ami, Ami - that’s three that’s enough, Ami is out, she hugs Erik and says “You’re gonna have so much fun” and tells the whole tribe to start winning, before her torch is doused and she walks off, still teary.

Jeff says that tonight’s vote seems to speak to the idea of trusting your gut and acting on it. Clearly that’s what they did tonight. Back to camp!
