-:05 Setting up the post! It’s recap, time, folks!

:01 Previously on Survivor…

:03 It’s night 33 on Dabu, just after the last tribal council. Ciree says Tribal Council is getting dangerous with all the idols floating around. Amanda put her through the ringer, and had her on the brink of making it a tie vote.

The next morning, Erik is talking to Natalie about their getting Alexis out. They say it doesn’t make any sense to take Amanda to the final three because everyone on the Jury likes her. Erik says everyone played him for a fool and he’s upset about that. But he wants to go to exile island to find the idol and it’d be the last chance to lose it. Natalie and Erik agree to send each other to exile if they win the next challenge.

Erik says he’s weighing the pros and cons, he might have to go with Natalie, but he doesn’t trust anyone in the game, but he has to pick a side.

:04 Roll credits and commercial.

:08 We’re back and Cirie and Amanda are talking about if they can beat Erik at final three. Amanda says that she tested Cirie’s trust, and she trusts her and Parvati to the end. They don’t want Erik or Natalie going to exile because one of them finds the immunity idol it could take them. Cirie says that Amanda can get to Erik and get him to do what she wants.

:09 Amanda talks to Erik and asks where his thoughts are. He says he feels he can win reward, he’s starving, it should be food. He tells us Amanda is strategic, and doesn’t know if he can trust her after raking him over the coals. She tells him that they’ll get through it if they go together - the strategic player and the strong one. She tells us that he’s naïve, and wants to send Parvati to exile. Amanda tells him that Natalie wants him at exile to weaken him, and she pushes for Parvati. Erik says he feels like he has a choice to make and feels like it’s Natalie and Amanda talking him into different plans, so it’s about who he trusts. Amanda says he’s thinking, he’s almost there. He says its not all hair on his head.

:11 Reward challenge! Today’s challenge tests how well you know the game. Questions about past seasons, right scores a point, first to 4 wins. They win a helicopter ride to a resort with massage and meal. You also send someone to exile where there’s “yet another” idol hidden. The final time to play it is the next council.

Time to get started. On which season did a castaway have a pet snake? Pearl Islands (It was Rupart) Cirie and Erik get it right.

In which season did a shark bite a survivor and the survivor bit it back? Jeff says if you’re a fan you should know it - Allstars - Amanda and Natalie are correct. Hatch did it.

Which season did a tribe mate ask another to pee on their hand after being stung by a sea urchin? Marcasus - Erik gets it right, John asked Kathy to do it.

Which season did a castaway evacuated after falling into the fire? Cirie, Parv and Erik are correct with Austrailia - Erik was 14 years old and jeff says its proof of his super fan status.

Which season did they first divide the castaways into 4 tribes? Exile Island is correct, and Erik wins reward!

First decision - he sends Parvati to exile island. (Good job Amanda!) And he gets to choose someone to with him on the reward, and he chooses Amanda, saying they gave each other their word to do so and Amanda thanks him for that, and they head on out to meet the helicopter.

:17 Commercial!

:20 back at the beach, Natalie says she’s so upset, and stunned by Erik’s sending Parvati to exile island. She as hoping he’d win, and he sent Parvati instead and took Amanda on reward which doesn’t make any sense. Ciree says that he’s a little weasel and she tells us that she was jerking Natalie’s chain a little because that’s fun for her, it’s killing Natalie what Erik did. She says the only pleasure she’s getting out of missing the reward is watching Natalie stress out about Erik. Natalie says if it looks like arat and smells like a rat - Cirie says “Give it cheese.”

The helicopter flies by, and the girls wave up at them, as Amanda and Erik are saying how awesome the view is and squeeling. Erik says he’s glad that Amanda came with him. He tells us that he knew if he brought Natalie there would be no relaxation, and he legitimately wanted to spend time with Amanda and get to know her as a friend again. Erik tells Amanda that he doesn’t want to think about the game and Amanda agrees to get out of the game for a day.

5_8reward.jpg

Side by side massages are next and they say it’s the best reward ever as they get foot treatments and massages next. Erik says he’s never been to a spa in his life. He tells Amanda at dinner that he feels like he’s in the center of everything and everyone keeps asking him what he’s going to decide - he feels he’s an ice cream scooper, he doesn’t DO this… He says he’ll do his best to be the ice cream man, instead of the ice cream boy.

Day 35 on Exile Island, and Parvati says its like her own private vacation, she might look for the idol, might not. It was just to prevent Erik and Natalie from getting the idol, so it doesn’t matter if she finds it or not.

:35 Erik and Amanda get back to Dabu, while Natalie says she’s not bitter about the reward, just because he lied to her. Cirie says “Look who’s back, bitches! Don’t try to tell me it wasn’t cool, cuz I won the same reward my season I know better!” And Natalie is silent. Erik says returning to camp was really bad, Natalie wouldn’t look at him or talk to him, she obviously had resentment.

Cirie jokes with Erik and says he has to promise to take her next. Cirie talks to him a bit and Erik says he feels like no matter what he does he’ll piss off someone. He says he feels like they’re on the fence, Erik, Cirie or Parv - while Natalie is sitting outside and listening! Erik says voting out Amanda or Natalie is the biggest jury threat so have to get them out. She says she could have literally bitch smacked him.

:27 Commercial!

:30 Day 35 at Dabu. Natalie and Amanda talk with Cirie and Natalie says she overheard everything. Amanda says she’s not surprised because he tells them all the same thing. Natalie calls him an idiot. Erik says he might have messed up quite a bit and he walked up on the three of them talking to each other, so now he’s worried. Erik says tells Amanda he feels everyone is thinks he’s full of crap. She tells him he needs to pick a side and quite flipping. Erik tells us the girls don’t trust him at all, and he’s scared he’s the next to go. You have to win and survive, fail and die.

:32 Immunity challenge!

Parvati rejoins from exile and it’s time to get to it. They will work to solve three puzzles, using a set of coordinates they cross two ropes, dig where they cross, run back and solve the puzzle which gives them the next set of co-ordinates, first to solve all three wins immunity. Survivors ready, GO! They find their ropes, their first set of co-ordinates, and everyone is working in the same large circle. Erik is digging first, Parvati is right behind him, Erik gets his puzzle pieces first and heads back to solve. Everyone else is digging as Erik works the puzzle, Cirie is next back with her puzzle. Erik has it the puzzle done, and runs off to the next circle. Cirie is right behind him!

Erik is digging as Cirie heads out to join Erik digging - he’s on his way back before Cirie is anywhere close to digging, Amanda heads back, Cirie starts digging, Erik is on his way to his third set of pieces chanting his coordinates as he goes. Parvati is no where close to being in the challenge. She says “Oh Jeff.” Erik is digging for his last bag, Natalie, Amanda and Cirie are trying to stay in it. Erik has his third and final bag of pieces - he skids around the table as the girls are still digging, Parvati is WAY behind. Erik has a HUGE lead. It’s his challenge to lose at this point, a guaranteed spot in the final four if he can win it.

Erik thinks he has it - Erik wins Immunity once again!

:38 Commercial.

:42 Back at camp, Natalie says she just wants the girls to tell her if its her that’s going. Cirie says yesterday he worked them all like cheap suits - told them all the same thing, they fill Parvati in on the deal and that if he didn’t have that necklace he’d be gone. Cirie wonders if Natalie can talk her into getting him to give her the necklace. She asks what that benefit would be - Amanda gives her some things to say and tell him that it would redeem him and they’d vote for Amanda and send him gone. They ask who would fall for that - they say Jason, and she says it’s ridiculous, she’ll try it, but doesn’t think it works. Cirie says she’ll have to see him save Natalie and then she’ll vote Amanda off. It’s a risky plan for sure.

Cue Natalie talking to Erik, and says she has a hair brained idea. She says it’s crazy, but it might work. She says she knows she and Amanda are the biggest threats - And says the three of them vote Amanda, but here’s where it gets tricky. She says says give her the necklace and Cirie will give the necklace. He isn’t buying it, says he won’t give it up. Natalie says it will redeem him with the jury, and it’ll be a pivotal move if he wants the jury vote. He says he’ll talk to Cirie.

Which he then goes. He asks why won’t she vote Amanda if he keeps the necklace. She says she can’t quite trust him, needs something because he’s all sketchy. She says it’s hard, but for her, if he saved Natalie, it would cue her they would all vote Amanda. She tells us that he’s nibbling around the edges of the line they’ve thrown him. If he gives up the necklace, she says that he’ll be out, so fast, faster then he would blink.

Cirie tells Amanda what to say/do to continue it. Erik says he’s scared of the hidden immunity, that Parvati has it, and would give it to Amanda. He asks what would it take to get rid of Parvati instead if he saves her. He says he’s being honest, and Natalie says to go out on a limb, and he says he doesn’t know.

:47 Natalie goes to the girls and says that he’s scared about the hidden immunity, and she says they could agree to that, as long as he takes that necklace off.

:48 Tribal Council!

Erik, the reward challenge - you decided to bring Amanda after she completely attacked you at the last TC? He says he was redeeming himself and trying to bury the hatchet. Parvati says that exile that it was a small little vacation, but when she got back she heard of Erik making all the alliances and breaking them and was happy to be away from that. Jeff asks what it feels like to be outed, with all the women nodding their head. Eriks ays he was nodding with them because the women all talked and he feels like he needs to ask forgiveness and say he’s sorry. Amanda goes on the attack and says well everything you’re telling me, you’ve told her, her her. He says that’s what I’m trying tos ay right now. Parvati says he’s lost respect of the women and he says he knows that and won’t try to deny it because he can’t. He says he hopes there’s forgiveness, game aside. Parvati says you can’t say that, this IS the game, he says he’s sorry, if that means anything at all.

Jeff asks what it would take for Erik to win the game. He says he doesn’t know, he doesn’t see any friendly faces, even on the Jury. He needs some kind of redemption before he can even consider himself in the finals. Cirie says it matters if you try to redeem yourself - because ultimately it’s about the Jury and its important to do so especially if you’ve been discredited, it’s your actions that will prove.

Let’s get to the vote - Erik, you can give up the necklace. He says it’s a tough decisions, he says he’s made a lot of mistakes, actions speak louder then words, he’s going to give the immunity to Natalie. And he does so, as the jury’s jaw drops, and everyone starts laughing. it’s time to vote! He walks by crossing his fingers as Amanda gives Natalie a kiss on the forehead. As Parvati votes she tells Erik he’s CRAZY and will go down as the dumbest survivor EVER. Everyone else voted Erik as well, and he voted for Parv.

Parv doesn’t play a HII, and here’s The official votes: Erik, Parv, Erik, (and his jaw drops), Erik. He says you guys drive me crazy, James raises his hands in victory and says he lost his reign of dumbest survivor ever, and Erik says he should have known better. The girls celebrate, and Jeff says he thinks that is what is called a life lesson. Three days left, who knows what will happen?

  1. REcH Says:

For me, this is by far the craziest Survivor season ever! Can’t stop laughing! Erik sure is the dumbest survivor for me..hahahaha

  2. Lessa Says:

OMG I know! James’ face was PRICELESS too. *hahahahah!*

  3. JOANIE Says:

EVIL,EVIL BITCHES ALL FOUR OF THEM….SHAME ON THEM FOR BEING SUCH BACK STABBING BITCHES AND THEN SMIRKING WHILE THE VOTES ARE BEING READ. I AM A DIE HARD FAN AND AM TRULY THINKING ABOUT NOT WATCHING THE FINALE. NONE OF THOSE BITCHES DESERVE TO WIN.

  4. Lessa Says:

I dunno, Joanie. I think this is the first year that EVERYONE is playing the game - and that, that makes me giddy like a school girl. You never EVER give up Immunity. EVER. As a die hard fan, Erik KNEW that, but he let the girls get into his head. Ya can’t do that in a game, and Survivor is, at it’s very core, a Game of out wit, out play, out last. All four of the girls in the finale have done exactly that.

    Kudos to them all!

now, if they kick out Natalie, and I’ll be content with the final three. Heh.

  5. Debbie H Says:

    Via the feedback button:

WOW, was Eric stupid or what. I can’t believe this show has turned into the worst one ever. The lying and betrayal was a little to much tonight. It really made the image of woman look extremely bad. Our family could care less who wins now. Done of these women deserve to win anything. Hopefully next year’s will be better. It is a game but these ladies have taken this one a little to far. It used to be enjoyable to watch but after tonight I am done with this one.

  6. REcH Says:

See? If this isn’t the best Survivor ever then why are we still talking about it?! :D I am so rooting for Amanda to win!

  7. David Says:

I agree with Joanie. I have never disliked the entire final 4 as much as those 4. They have no class whatsoever and i hope they can see how mean they were to Erik. I really hope he wins the 100,000 but i doubt he will…it will go to james or ozzie.
