Is there a lawyer in the house?
In case you haven’t heard yet (Where ya been? Sheesh!), it seems Lawyer Alex Angarita is in a speck of trouble. As of Thursday nights episode, Alex was painting himself to be a good guy as he tried to talk sense into Lisi and Stacy. Unfortunately, now that he’s home and watching the season with the rest of us, he’s gotten himself into a speck of trouble.
It started on the night of the Season Premiere when Alex through a little Survivor party. Some sources say that he and his girlfriend got into a fight, the police were called, and Alex now faces felony charges. Reality TV World says:
According to the felony complaint, Angarita “used threats and violence to deter and prevent” two officers from doing their job when they responded to a 911 call placed on February 9. …the Survivor: Fiji castaway was reportedly arrested and charged with two felony counts of resisting arrest; one felony count of battery with injury to a peace officer; and one misdemeanor count of possession of marijuana.
Alex spent 3 hours in jail before posting $20,000 bail. He was in front of a judge on Thursday, March 8th, a hearing that will be continued on the 14th.
Guess it’s a good thing I didn’t have him pegged to go to the final three, huh?
